With a PhD in International Business Management, he previously held senior roles at Siemens Germany, Nokia Siemens Networks (MEA Regional Head – Information Security), and served as President of GEMS Group in the UAE. A Certified Corporate Trainer in Soft Skills, she has worked as a Social Scientist for the Indian Government, an Oracle HR IT Consultant in the US, and a Resource Manager in IT staffing. Currently, she is the Director of Exdeos Consultants and Questa Soft IT Consulting, specializing in overseas education, visa processing, and US IT recruitment.
