With extensive experience in international trade, investment, and public-private partnerships, Ghazanfer has spearheaded high-impact projects across the USA, India, the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia in sectors like education, technology, infrastructure, and healthcare. His leadership has driven strategic collaborations between governments, multinational corporations, and financial institutions, creating scalable and sustainable economic opportunities.
Previously, he established one of India’s first broadband networks and IP telephony-based call shops, revolutionizing communication accessibility. As Group CEO of GVantage, he continues to lead business expansion, investments, and economic development initiatives across multiple regions.

Dr. Shaik Abdul Rahman

Dr. Shaik Abdul Rahman has been the CEO and Executive Board member of TWG International since 1997. With a PhD in Business Management (CSR), he has held senior leadership roles at Siemens Germany, Nokia Siemens Networks (MEA Regional Head – Information Security), and served as President of GEMS Group in the UAE. At NSN, he played a pivotal role in exceeding KPI’s in securing high-profile deals with top executives from blue-chip companies across the Middle East and Africa.
In addition to leading TWG International, he is the Vice President of USGCI (United States Global Commerce & Industry Initiative), where he drives transformative economic strategies, working toward socio-business investments, incorporating CSR toward brand image building and sustainable development model. His expertise in international trade, investment, and strategic partnerships has facilitated large-scale collaborations between governments, multinational corporations, and financial institutions, fostering economic growth and innovation across key global markets.
Sarah Sucharitha Varadha

With 28 years of diverse experience, she holds a Master’s in Social Work from St. Francis College and a B.Sc. in Agriculture from Loyola Academy. A Certified Corporate Trainer in Soft Skills, she has worked as a Social Scientist for the Indian Government, an Oracle HR IT Consultant in the US, and a Resource Manager in IT staffing. Currently, she is the Director of Exdeos Consultants and Questa Soft IT Consulting, specializing in overseas education, visa processing, and US IT recruitment.
