  1. Event Registration & Payments
  • Registration: Participants must complete the registration form and submit accurate information.
  • Payment: All fees for the Global Business Summit must be paid in full upon registration via the available payment methods.
  • Refund Policy:
    • Full Refund: Cancellations made 30 days before the event.
    • Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made between 15–29 days before the event.
    • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event.
  • Transfer of Tickets: Registrations are transferable upon written request at least 7 days before the event.
  1. Sponsorship Agreements
  • Sponsorship Commitments: Sponsors agree to fulfill payment obligations as per the chosen sponsorship package.
  • Cancellations: Sponsorships canceled within 30 days of the event may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Branding Rights: USGCI reserves the right to use sponsor logos and branding for promotional purposes in accordance with the sponsorship agreement.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All content, including logos, text, graphics, and media on this website, is the property of USGCI and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
  • Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials from the website without prior written consent from USGCI.
  1. Code of Conduct
  • Participants, sponsors, and guests are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the Global Business Summit.
  • USGCI reserves the right to remove any individual from the event for inappropriate behavior without a refund.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • USGCI is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the Global Business Summit or use of this website.
  • We are not responsible for any technical issues, payment failures, or third-party service interruptions.
